When do I get paid?
You receive your $300 payment after the referred property owner signs a management agreement AND their first month's management fee is collected. Typically within 30–60 days of the referral signing.
What types of referrals are eligible?
Any Chicago-area property owner who signs a new property management agreement with MF Cashflow counts. Single-family homes, multi-unit buildings, condos, and apartment buildings all qualify.
How do I track my referral?

Is this program exclusive? Do I have to stop referring other companies?
Absolutely not. There's zero exclusivity required. Refer clients to whomever is the best fit, but when they need a top-rated Chicago PM company, think MF Cashflow first.
Can I refer more than one client?
Yes! There is no cap on referrals. Every qualifying referral earns you $300. Refer 10 clients and earn $3,000. The program never expires.
