How much does property management cost in Chicago?
MF CashFlow charges 8% of gross monthly rent for property management in the Chicago south suburbs, with a minimum of $125/month for single-family homes and $85/unit/month for multifamily. One-time leasing fee: one month’s rent. Lease renewal fee: $175/unit. 100% of late fees go to you, the owner, we keep none. Managed by M Property Group LLC, a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.

I own a rental in New Lenox and live out of state. Can you handle everything remotely?
Yes. Many of our owners live out of state or simply want to be hands-off. We manage the property, tenants, and maintenance locally and send you clear monthly statements online, so distance is not an issue.

We market the unit across the major rental sites, show it promptly, and screen applicants quickly to keep vacancy short. Reducing days-vacant is one of the first things owners notice when they switch to us.
