How It Works
Step 1: Refer

Step 2: They Sign
We follow up with them, show them what we do, and sign a property management agreement.
Step 3: You Earn
After their first month's management fee is collected, we credit $300 to your account.
You've trusted us with your properties. If you know another landlord who's tired of doing everything themselves, do them a favor and send them our way. We'll take care of them the same way we take care of you, and we'll say thank you with $300 off your management fees.

Who qualifies to refer?
Any current MF Cashflow property owner whose properties are actively managed under a management agreement. If we manage your property right now, you're eligible.
When do I get the $300 credit?
After the person you refer signs their management agreement AND their first full month of management fees is collected, we apply the $300 credit to your account. Typically within 30–60 days.
How many people can I refer?
As many as you want! There's no limit. Every qualifying referral earns you $300. Stack those credits or use them month after month.
What if I prefer a check instead of a credit?
Just let Mike know your preference when you submit the referral. We'll work it out.
